We offer a variety of services at Unique Biographies, both writing biographies or publishing a completed story. William had been working hard for a couple of years documenting his life story and was looking for his work to be presented in a beautiful book. We were very happy to achieve this for him.

It was apparent from first meeting Bill that his love for his family is his driving force. Due to health reasons, his beautiful wife Eva needs to be in care, but Bill visits her almost every day. Bill wanted to write his memoirs for the family but he also thought it was a lovely idea for Eva to have her book 'Made For Each Other’ in her room. When family visit they can read the story or show Eva the photos to take her back through the family’s life history.

Both Eva and Bill have interesting stories to tell, through times of turbulence during World War II, to when they met and fell in love. His dry sense of humour is entertaining and his anecdotes; quite precious. We know that his biography will be cherished.

We thought it was an outstanding gesture when Bill purchased a book for every one of his family members, even the very young great grandchildren, to be presented at special occasions in their lives.

It has been such a pleasure to assist Bill with his project, to have an insight into his life and to meet his family. I have not had the pleasure of meeting Eva in person, but speaking with Bill and Eva's daughter, Heather, and reading Bill’s story I feel that I know her very well. This is gratifying, as I know that future generations of the Rye/Johnstone family will also feel this way when reading Bill’s biography.
