The Process

Our feedback from clients is that their experience was most enjoyable and a reflection of times passed. They are proud to read their very own biography and thrilled to know that their story will be passed on through their family to be read by present and future generations. Family members are also extremely grateful to own their parents or grandparents documented life story.

On confirming your booking we issue you with a Unique Biographies client research and information document which we request that you complete at your leisure. This will provide us with a framework to assist us in creating your biography and ensure that necessary factual information is in place.

We offer you knowledge and guidance following our specially formulated and researched Unique Biographies planning structure. This will assist you in organizing your recollections and advise a strategy for you to approach your biography.

You choose a variety of photographs and documents that appropriately represent various phases of your life, which of course, we include in your biography.

We arrange a series of appointments with Kathy, in your home, where you can relax while you enjoy discussing your life and family history. Many clients have said that their experience is like speaking with a friend and that they feel very comfortable. If you live out of the local area we are able to travel but it is necessary for us to charge a fee relevant to the distance. Alternatively if you live quite a distance away we can arrange to document your story via computer or by phone.

When we feel your story is complete Kathy and Casey work closely together to write your biography.

When finalised, you will be invited to proof read and edit your biography.

You will receive your biography presented in a professionally printed bound book with a personally designed photographic cover which showcases your biography beautifully.
